      "RENOSY ASSET MANAGEMENT", which is responsible for real estate management within the GA Group, is conducting verification in cooperation with group companies in order to shift from paper contracts to electronic contracts. We have restructured how contract work should be through collaboration that transcends company boundaries.

      Trying a new approach

      Finance that supports GA's growth behind the scenes. Every day we explore all possible procurement methods without any preconceptions. Among them, funding through B to C funds is unique, and when receiving a loan on an online platform, a theme is set for each fund. In order to shed light on the various aspects of GA, we collaborate with public relations to create a new approach that is a bit different from regular equity and debt finance.

      Teaming up

      "AGNT by RENOSY" is used by asset planners in their work. When implementing an electronic contract function using this system, the three parties of "asset planners, engineers, and contract team" explored the feasibility. After the system went into operation, the system was repeatedly improved, and now it has become an indispensable function. It has changed the "norm" of using paper to sign contracts.

    Members of  GA technologies  are united in their desire to make the world a better place without being constrained by the conventional rules and stereotypes of the real estate industry. The real estate industry is one of the industries that has been deeply rooted in old-fashioned business practices and has not benefited from the evolution of technology. Therefore, we face many challenges.

    In order to tackle these issues with a sense of agility, we value the feedbacks and points of views from our customers. We design our services and products from the stand points of our customers.

    Customer needs change along with times and the trends of the world. In order to predict and be ahead of these changes, we actively carried out business mergers. We bought up 9 companies and its services in  five years since we go public listed, and the structure of the company changes from time to time almost every month.

      When I hear the phrase “building an optimal system in an agile manner,” it reminds me of when I was under an organization that had just undergone an M&A and was hit by the corona crisis. Amidst the turmoil in the market, we decided that the conventional way of doing things would be dangerous, so we made major changes to our sales structure and systems.
