I heard something like this

  • ・What is your background?

  • ・ What is your current job?

  • ・ What is the charm of GA?

  • ・ What are your future goals?

Attracted by "business potential" and "people" to GA

When I was a student, I was enthusiastic about going to various places and meeting various people. Especially at university, cheerleading, overseas internships, and activities at study abroad left a lasting impression on me. She started cheerleading in high school and joined a club team in college. In addition to being a kids instructor for overseas soccer teams, I myself participated in the world tournament as a representative of Japan. At the same time, I experienced a long-term internship at an airline based in Malaysia.

As for academics, I studied abroad for a year in Chicago, USA, the birthplace of my major, sociology. They deepened their learning through their own experiences, such as participating in demonstration activities and volunteering. In addition, in order to convey the thoughts cultivated through these experiences, she is also active as a Miss World finalist. Furthermore, as a pure hobby, I enjoyed spending time with people from various backgrounds and cultures, such as traveling around Southeast Asia with just one bag, and I experienced the “excitement” of diving into unknown things.

I joined GA technologies as a new graduate, but the two decisive factors were "business potential" and "people". In job hunting, the real estate industry was not an option at all. In the meantime, I happened to find the phrase "become the Amazon of the real estate industry" and became interested in it, so I attended the information session with a light heart. In those 30 minutes, I was deeply moved by the passion of the business and the people involved. I joined the company because I was attracted to the business that frankly excited me, saying, "This company might really change the world," and the people who approached me so passionately that they moved people's hearts so much in such a short time. decided.

Contributing to the team through activities that value both quantitative and qualitative aspects

Currently, I am seconded to Itanji, a group company, and I am proposing services for improving operational efficiency and going paperless to management companies. Real estate management still has an analog culture, and contracts by fax or paper are commonplace. It's not easy to change such long-held "ordinary things", but it makes me very happy when I conclude a contract or when a customer relies on me. After the introduction of the service, I feel very rewarding when I directly hear the words "Thank you for your help" from the customer.

As a salesperson, I usually spend a lot of my time during the day negotiating with customers and contacting them. In addition, I interview new graduates, participate in activities such as the beautification committee and greeting committee, which embody the "GA VALUES" that the GA Group holds dear, and hold meetings for the culture promotion project to improve the company environment. The culture promotion project was launched in 2022. I am the leader of this project, which aims to "promote a new company atmosphere and culture, create an environment where working is fun, and aim to expand the organization further, because the organization has expanded rapidly and the number of people has increased." As a salesperson, I pursue quantitative numbers, and as the leader of the culture promotion project, I carry out qualitative activities. It is very fun to work from completely different perspectives.

The charm of GA is definitely "people"

I think the most attractive thing about GA is the people. I feel this every day, and it's no exaggeration to say this, but what creates this appeal are the nine values known as the GA VALUES. Words like "WIN-X (Winning together)," "GRIT (the ability to persevere)," and "HEART (do the right thing as a person)" are used naturally in conversations in everyday work, and we ask ourselves whether we are embodying the GA VALUES in each project and action, as well as in our daily work. We also have a culture that values leaders leading by example, and at Itanji, we ask our CEO, Noguchi, and Executive Officer to clean up together with the members.

You might be wondering, "What does cleaning have to do with work?" However, if you walk around the office and find a small piece of garbage, I think that people who overlook it will have a feeling of "it's okay" even in work, even for small concerns and mistakes. If it accumulates, it can lead to big mistakes, let alone improve the quality of service. Picking up trash seems like something that everyone can do.

GA VALUES are posted on the walls of the company and are part of the interior design, and are a common understanding that we all keep in mind every day. Because everyone continues to do the obvious things, it feels good to work together, and I think the greatest attraction of this company is the people.

I want to make the whole company the strongest team

As the leader of the culture promotion project, I would like to put more effort into creating a new corporate climate and culture amidst the rapid expansion of ITANDI's organization.

At Itanji, we believe that cultivating a corporate culture is not something that one person does alone, nor is it something that is determined by a top-down process. is being implemented. It's difficult to create a policy from scratch, but that's what makes it fun to take on the challenge. Now, with the aim of increasing the psychological safety of our employees, we hold events such as barbecues, table tennis tournaments, and "White Tea Day" and "Sneaker Day" where everyone matches their outfits. In addition to the voices of gratitude from our employees, we were able to raise the items that measure psychological safety in the survey that measures the state of the organization by 0.47 points in less than a year. We define a “major change” as an increase or decrease of 0.3 or more, so we are very happy that our activities have produced a certain amount of results.

In the future, even as the organization continues to expand, I would like to take on more and more challenges to make the entire company the strongest team.
