Ken Kutaragi appointed as Outside Director

We will inform you that we have resolved the inauguration of Ken Kutaragi as an Outside Director at the shareholders' meeting that was held on January 29 (Monday).

Since becoming a strategic Advisors in July last year, Kutaragi has contributed to a wide range of corporate activities, from advice on our business and services to in-house training. The Company has been elected in the hope that his rich management experience and broad insight in the technology field will be further reflected in the Company's management strategy and business development in the future.
