Our company was certified as 3.5 stars in the 5th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey, which selects advanced companies that challenge productivity revolution through work style reform.

This survey, which has been conducted by Nihon Keizai Shimbun since 2017, targets listed companies and influential unlisted companies nationwide to realize diverse and flexible work styles, create systems to create new businesses, and develop markets. Efforts to maximize the performance of an organization through the three elements of the ability to act are defined as "smart work management" and are evaluated on a five-star scale.
