Today, November 24, we released the customer trends for October 2021 in RENOSY Real estate investment which has been No. 1 (*1) in asset management-type used condominium sales for the second consecutive year.

[Points of this case]
・The ratio of additional purchasers among contracted customers reached 30% for the first time in half a year (+8pt compared to the previous month)
・Of the additional purchasers, the period from the first purchase to the additional purchase was “within 1 month” at 28%, which was the largest (+12pt from the previous month).
・Although the percentage of purchased properties under 30 square meters decreased slightly, it remained at a high level (75%, -3 points from the previous month).
