At the board Director meeting held today, our group company Modern Standard Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Masashi Shimizu, hereinafter "Modern Standard") announced that from April 1, 2022, the company name will be changed to " We have resolved to change to RENOSY PLUS Co., Ltd. (English: RENOSY PLUS Inc.).

Modern Standard joined the Group in January 2020 and has been providing brokerage services for luxury rental properties in the 23 wards of Tokyo under the RENOSY brand.

Taking the opportunity of this company name change, we will clarify that we will provide services centered on RENOSY, and will further strengthen cooperation within the group.

Regarding the management structure, the current representative Director Masashi Shimizu, will continue to serve as the representative of Linocy Plus, and will continue to provide services with even higher added value.
