"X-Tech (cross-tech)" is a general term coined from (existing industry) x technology, and it is a term that allows technology to intervene in areas where technology has not yet progressed sufficiently to create new values and mechanisms. means movement. So far, we have developed and operated AI-based comprehensive platform “Renosy” for used real estate and “Renosy Insight” app for real estate owners. We have provided real estate services. In the future, we aim to create new value in fields such as finance (FinTech), insurance (InsurTech), and construction (ConTech), which are highly compatible with real estate, and have reached the opening of this new base.

In addition to being used as an office and collaborative development base, this new base will be used as a place for various corporate activities such as X-Tech promotion events, "GA tech party (*1)", and user meetups. , WeWork plans to develop events and activities that promote open innovation and community revitalization.
