According to the survey results, 43.9% of the total answered that they were "dissatisfied" with their real estate transaction experience so far, and 56.1% of the respondents answered that they "think it's analog" about the image of the real estate industry. It has resulted in a share. On the other hand, perhaps due to the spread of the Internet, there are high expectations for the real estate industry to move online, with 54.3% of respondents answering that they would like to actively use online-completed real estate transaction services. ◆ Survey background

In May 2021, laws related to digital reform, including revisions to the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act (hereafter, the Building Construction Business Act), will be enacted, and the revised Building Construction Business Act is scheduled to come into force by May 2022. It is no longer necessary to affix seals and deliver paper documents, which were required under the Real Estate Brokerage Act. Prior to this, we conducted an "Awareness Survey on Housing and Real Estate" among people in their 20s to 50s who have experience buying and selling real estate.

As a result, 43.9% of the respondents said that they were "inconvenient" or "dissatisfied" with real estate transactions so far, and it turned out that they were not evaluated as a "convenient experience" for users. Did. Also, when asked about the image of the real estate industry, 56% of the respondents answered that they think it is analog.

As the survey results show, in the real estate industry, it is often pointed out that there are many analogue issues from face-to-face contracts on paper and in stores, from interviews to contracts. On the other hand, according to the survey results, 54.3% answered that they would like to actively use online-completed real estate transaction services, indicating that users expect online real estate transactions.
