RENOSY 's AI appraisal is a function provided on My Page for real estate owners. By registering property information such as apartment name and floor plan, customers can check sales/rent assessment amounts and monthly assessment price trends.

With this new function, customers who own investment properties can now check the appraisal price of real estate (*) calculated by the income capitalization method linked to the estimated rent predicted by AI on RENOSY 's My Page. .

As a result, RENOSY My Page distinguishes between the appraisal prices of properties held for residential purposes and properties held for investment purposes, and responds to customer needs by providing more accurate approximate prices.
