◼ What is Renosy Crowdfunding?

This is a crowdfunding service specializing in pre-owned real estate, operated by Renosy, a comprehensive real estate platform operated by GA technologies Co., Ltd. The service invites multiple investors online to invest in pre-owned real estate properties selected by Renosy and distributes the profits earned from the operation of the properties to the investors. In addition to completely electronic transactions, the minimum investment period is three months, and the minimum investment amount is 10,000 yen per unit, greatly reducing the hurdles of the conventional Real estate investment service.

(*) A capital-focused fund is a mechanism that receives two dividends: income gain (management gain) from rent income from tenants, and capital gain (sale gain) obtained from the sale of properties. Rental income during the operation period and gain on sale at the end of the operation will be returned to investors after the operation period as distribution.
