The Company will open Fukuoka Sales Branch from August 1, 2019 with the aim of expanding sales channels in the Kyushu area.

We provide a one-stop, used real-estate distribution platform "RENOSY" that provides total support from home search, renovation, asset utilization, and post-purchase management. RENOSY provides technology-based data-driven real estate services such as AI-based price estimation and visualization of demographics and crime rates in each area, and personal support by customers with experienced agents. For example, we have realized the fusion of "technology x real" in real estate transactions where real intervention is essential. The Fukuoka Sales Branch  has been set up to strengthen real contact points with customers in order to expand sales channels in the Kyushu area.
