A research paper on “BEST BASHO” (best place), where AI proposes the optimal living area, won the Excellence Award at the Japan Society for Artificial Intelligence Conference
A research paper on "BEST BASHO", a system that proposes the optimal living area by AI from multiple commuting / school stations, developed by our AI specialized department "AI Strategy Center" has been published. We are pleased to announce that we have received the Excellence Award at the 2019 Annual Conference of the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence (33rd).
"BEST BASHO" is a home search support system that visualizes the optimal living area for each level from multiple people's commuting / school stations and proposes recommended properties (* 1). Within the calculated recommended area, we will instantly propose properties that take into account the customer's desired price, building age, occupied area, etc. To develop this system, a research team led by Senior Researcher Aaron Bramson of the AI Strategy Center examined areas such as major Japanese cities and neighboring areas in terms of transportation convenience by train, bus, and car. We scored from various viewpoints of graph theory, and further researched to classify similar regions.
