Our company has concluded a basic agreement about the alliance to develop a next-generation legal tech-related business jointly with Fukuda Legal Contracts & Services, a judicial scrivener corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Ryusuke Fukuda; hereinafter, “Fukuda Regal”) on December 3, 2019.

As a result, the Company will commence the development of a registration service platform service “ REGISTRY GATEWAY by RENOSY ” for real estate transactions as a joint development project with Fukuda Regal. The service is scheduled to be tested from around the summer of 2020, starting from real estate transactions of the Company.

(* 1) The registration procedure requires an average of 10 hours (according to Fukuda Regal) processing time per case. This system aims to reduce 9 hours per case by realizing enhanced cooperation of information from related parties and automation of material creation.
