From May 1, 2023, Masayuki Sato has been appointed as Executive Officer and General Manager of the CEO Office of the Company.

After joining Amazon Japan G.K. (hereafter referred to as "Amazon Japan") as a founding member in 2000, Sato was in charge of the book procurement department and contributed greatly to the construction of the warehouse management and logistics network. In addition, from the experience of leading Amazon Japan in its early days to become a 1 trillion yen company in sales, we have a wealth of organizational management know-how and solutions to the problems that rapidly expanding organizations are likely to face.

We will utilize our experience at a company that has grown into a global marketplace with the strength of “Tech x Real” in our business development and organizational management that promotes business transformation in various industries, mainly in the real estate field.

After graduating from an American university, he worked at Sega Enterprises (currently Sega Sammy Holdings) before joining Amazon Japan in 2000. In the supply chain department, we will launch the procurement system for the launch of the site and design the logistics. In 2003, he became the head of the book procurement department. In 2005, he contributed to the development of Japan's largest logistics network as a director in the operations department. After leaving the company in 2016, he is involved in corporate growth support as a management consultant.

As I have been involved as a consultant since 2022, I am convinced that GA technologies Co., Ltd. has the potential to grow into a global company like Amazon. Through business improvement, we aim to realize "a world where anyone can purchase real estate with a single click" with peace of mind. In addition, we will make use of our experience in organizational management so far to promote DX in other fields and overseas expansion, and move GA technologies Co., Ltd. to the next stage.
