As of April 1, 2024, Namika Sagara has been appointed Executive Officer Chief Behavioral Officer (CBO) of our company.

As one of the few Japanese people to have a doctorate in behavioral economics, Sagara has been providing behavioral economics-based consulting to a variety of industries in Europe and the United States, including finance, insurance, and pharmaceuticals, since before behavioral economics became widely known. In 2013, he founded Sagara Consulting LLC and became its representative. In 2016, he became the founder and representative of the Behavioral Science Center of a major US marketing research company, building the industry's first capabilities based on behavioral economics. Since then, he has been providing behavioral science consulting centered on behavioral economics all over the world.

Sagara's knowledge of behavioral economics will be incorporated into the services of each business of the GA Group, leading to further improvement of customer satisfaction and growth of the entire GA Group.

After graduating from the University of Oregon in 2002, he completed a master's degree in psychology (specializing in behavioral economics) at the university's Graduate School of Business and a doctoral degree in behavioral economics at the university's Business School. After serving as a postdoctoral fellow at Duke University's Business School, he founded Sagara Consulting LLC, a behavioral economics consulting company, and became its representative. In 2016, he became the founder and representative of the Behavioral Science Center of a major global marketing research company. He currently serves as the representative of Behavioral Science Group LLC, while providing behavioral science-based consulting with a focus on behavioral economics around the world. In 2024, he joined GA technologies Co., Ltd.
