GA technologies Co., Ltd. has started considering the use of ChatGPT in the real estate field. We aim to realize more transparent real estate transactions centered on the AI Strategy Center, the first (*1) in-house research and development department in the real estate industry established in 2017.

The progress of AI technology is remarkable, and recently the naturalness of documents generated by ChatGPT and the accuracy of summaries are attracting public attention. Furthermore, the latest version of GPT-4 was announced on March 14, 2014, and interest in the AI field is increasing day by day.

In April 2017, we established the AI Strategy Center, the first in-house research and development department in the real estate industry, as a department that conducts research and development of AI technology and big data in order to further develop real estate transactions with the power of technology. We are also continuing research on the latest AI technology and its use cases, and are currently considering the use of ChatGPT in the real estate field.

On the other hand, if we can establish an effective method of utilization, we believe that it will lead to work style reforms in the real estate industry and the elimination of information asymmetry.
