We are pleased to announce that at Director meeting held on August 24, 2023, it was resolved to change the management structure effective November 1, 2023. With the philosophy of "Create a world-leading company" we are working to transform the business of various industries, including real estate. In fiscal 2023, the 10th anniversary of our founding, we made a full-scale entry into the M&A brokerage field, leveraging the strengths of online and real-world that we have cultivated in the real estate field. With the number of employees now exceeding 1,000 and the services we provide expanding into multiple fields, we have elected new Executive Officer to build an even stronger organization than ever before. Under the new management structure from next fiscal year, we will work to further develop human resources and promote each business.

Hirohisa Inamoto
In 2002, he joined Ricoh as a new graduate and engaged in research and development of image processing and recognition technology for over 10 years. He then became a new business planner. In 2017, he joined GA technologies Co., Ltd.. He developed an automatic reading system for Real estate advertising and an automatic transcription system for floor plans. He is also in charge of introducing AI and RPA to Purchasing systems. Since 2019, he has been the head of the AI Strategy Center.

Ken Kakizaki
In 2003, he started his career as a QA engineer at Sony Computer Entertainment (now Sony Interactive Entertainment). After working in entertainment companies, he joined Mixi in 2008, where he was responsible for the quality assurance department for SNS services. In 2016, he joined Cybird, where he was in charge of QA for mobile games. In 2018, he joined GA technologies Co., Ltd., where he is responsible for the QA department.

Kamui Horikawa
After graduating, he joined a web production company and worked as a director. In 2017, he joined GA technologies Co., Ltd.. He is responsible for developing the core systems and project management for RENOSY Marketplace business, including "SUPPLIER by RENOSY". He currently serves as the head of product development for RENOSY Marketplace business.

Keito Tabuchi
He joined GA technologies Co., Ltd. as a new graduate in 2019. He was seconded to group company Itanji and engaged in product development such as "OHEYAGO". He has been active in a wide range of fields as an engineer and has won four company-wide awards in the three years from 2019 to 2021. He is currently the development manager of "MORTGAGE GATEWAY by RENOSY" at RENOSY X.

Naomichi Wakao
After graduating from university, he worked in corporate advertising sales as a new graduate. He joined GA technologies Co., Ltd. in 2017. He worked as a sales representative for RENOSY and won the company's annual best award in 2021. He is currently a manager engaged in training team members.

Hiroto Tomita
After graduating from university, he worked at Ryukyu Bank before joining GA technologies Co., Ltd. in 2018. He was transferred to Osaka Branch in 2019 and led sales expansion in the Kansai region as branch manager in 2020. He is currently the head of RENOSY sales department, and is active not only as a player but also in terms of member development.

Isabelle Nakao
Joined UBS Securities in 2007. After working at Goldman Sachs Securities and BNP Paribas Securities in 2013, he became head of the Financial Institutions Sales Department of the Fixed Income Division at UBS Securities in 2018. He became Advisors to GA technologies Co., Ltd. in 2021. He became Outside Director of Gunosy Inc. in 2021, Outside Director of grooves Inc. in 2022, and Outside Director of Tenma Corporation in 2023.

Masashi Nori
After graduating from university, he joined GA technologies Co., Ltd. in 2014 as one of the first new graduates. He was responsible for launching Nagoya Sales Branch and was appointed as the sales office manager. After that, he worked in sales and human resource development at the head office, planning and executing sales training and being in charge of inside sales. He is currently the division manager of RENOSY sales strategy department.
