RENOSY My Page at RENOSY allows users to conduct a series of real estate transactions online, such as making an appointment for an interview, confirming the date and time of the interview, and signing a purchase agreement for the Real estate investment service.
Until now, users were required to log in to the My Page page provided by the company on the Web to complete various procedures. Now, after connecting your LINE account with the RENOSY official account, you will be able to access the various procedures such as "Appointment reservation", "Confirmation of the interview date and time", and "Contract signing" with a single tap on the LINE talk screen. This allows us to respond to the needs of both those who wish to easily complete the various procedures on RENOSY on LINE and those who wish to take their time while viewing other documents on My Page.

◆ Background to launch and future plans

In preparation for strengthening the functions offered on LINE, we conducted a survey on "how LINE is perceived as a communication tool between businesses and consumers" (※). The results showed that 61.0% of people have registered for an official LINE corporate account. When asked what impression they had after adding an official LINE corporate account as a friend, people seemed to have a favorable impression, with 33.4% saying "I now have a good impression of them" and 31.3% saying "I now want to purchase their products or services."

Furthermore, there was a tendency for people to use LINE to gather information, such as "checking push notifications (26.0%)" and "reading messages in LINE chat rooms (22.7%)," as well as for procedures related to services, such as "identity verification procedures, such as changing membership information (13.0%)," "checking information such as order status (12.8%)," and "adjusting schedules, such as reserving a date and time (11.1%)."
RENOSY plans to continue to deepen collaboration between LINE and its services to further increase convenience.
