◆ Background to the 20,000-case milestone and strategic initiatives

Since the launch of its services in April 2012, RENOSY Thailand has expanded its real estate service "dearlife by RENOSY" as a bridge between Japan and Thailand, and has strengthened its brokerage of rental housing and office properties for expatriates, mainly in Bangkok. In recent years, with the country's economic growth, urbanization, and the advancement of foreign companies, the demand for real estate in Bangkok has increased sharply. As a result, there has been a demand for services to be provided to a customer base with diverse needs. In order to meet a wider range of needs, RENOSY Thailand has gained the support of a wide range of customers by providing services based on Japanese quality standards and flexible response to market changes.
