◆ Quickly explain the procedures after Real estate sales. Online seminar on "Key points regarding transfer tax and tax returns"
For those who have sold or are considering selling investment real estate, we held a seminar on "Key Points for Transfer Tax and Tax Returns" on Saturday, December 10, 2023 and Sunday, January 14, 2024. Tetsuya Nakai, a tax accountant and certified public accountant, was the lecturer and explained how to calculate transfer tax, which is a tax on profits earned from sales, and how to file tax returns, which have complicated procedures.
The seminar also included a Q&A session for Nakai, where many questions were asked, such as "What kind of expenses can be recognized as business expenses?" and "Do I need to file a tax return even if my capital gains are negative?"

A total of 50 people participated in the seminar, and in the post-seminar survey, approximately 90% of participants responded that they were "very satisfied" or "satisfied," making it a very satisfying seminar.

Professor Nakai explained everything quickly, without wasting a single second, so the information was very rich despite the short time.
-
I often see seminars on "What to do to sell," but I never saw any on what to do after the sale, so I was grateful to be able to listen to this for free.
-
The key points were explained in a wide range and it helped me to clarify what I needed to clarify more.

The lecturer's answers during the Q&A session were quick and accurate.
◆Added "Learn about Real estate investment through chat" content, which allows users to gather information about asset management in about one minute whenever they are interested
RENOSY 's My Page, which is used by investment property owners, began offering the "Learn about Real estate investment through chat" feature in November 2023, which allows users to gather information about asset management, and added additional content in January 2024.
The chat-style explanation is divided into six sections: "The flow of asset management," "The timing for reviewing assets," "Changes in life stages," "Reviewing management plans," "The role of insurance," and "Risk management," and includes easy-to-understand explanations of asset management with the aid of illustrations.
For investment property owners, one of the biggest concerns when reviewing their portfolios is whether to sell or hold onto their investment property. We have prepared this content in response to the need to easily gather information before making an inquiry.
Your progress is displayed as a percentage, and you can resume where you left off even if you stop studying, so you can learn about asset management whenever and wherever you want. Also, since each section takes about one minute to complete, it has been found that once you start reading, about 90% of students finish reading to the end.
We plan to continue adding content and updating the site to make it an even more useful tool for investment property owners and those interested in asset management.
