I absolutely hated the real estate industry.

Due to my parents' work, I moved a lot, and I had good communication skills from an early age. Schools and living environments change all the time, so rather than acting or making decisions according to the opinions of those around me, I have lived a life where I valued communicating my opinions clearly, thinking, deciding, and acting for myself. rice field.

Before I entered university, my father passed away. Even though I feel uneasy about my future career and life, I don't want to give up on something because of my environment. Among them, in order to maximize the experience I could gain, I spent my student life using my body and mind to the fullest in order to set priorities and work efficiently and enjoyably.

I first learned about the existence of GA technologies Co., Ltd. when I was job hunting. In addition to following the company's mission, there were many employees who could talk about their own life plans. On the other hand, not only have I moved many times, but my parents rented out their own house, so I grew up in an environment close to real estate transactions. I had witnessed the analogueness of the real estate industry and the inconvenience of the experience so much that I thought, "I don't want to work in the real estate industry alone!" However, GA technologies Co., Ltd. is a company that is trying to solve such inconveniences of real estate with the power of technology. I decided to join the company because I came to feel that "a life that changes the 'inconvenience of being analog' that I have experienced firsthand is not bad."

PR and as a copywriter

As the PR manager for the online Real estate investment service "RENOSY," I work to spread the appeal of the service. For example, when a new service is launched, I disseminate information to various stakeholders, including the media, shareholders, customers, and employees. Also, when we receive requests for interviews from media such as television and newspapers, I act as an intermediary between the media and the field, providing information on the topic. I also create content for the company newsletter to encourage interaction between employees and group companies, and write articles for our owned media to convey the culture and corporate atmosphere of GA technologies Co., Ltd. to job seekers.

In addition to these representative public relations tasks, the Communication Design Center to which I belong has a mission of contributing to business through the power of communication, so it is characterized by being blessed with various work opportunities. In fact, my role is not only public relations, but also as a copywriter, and I sometimes propose naming and branding strategies for new services and new companies. It's attractive to be able to contribute to the business from various angles, regardless of the means.

Thoughts behind the naming of the new service

This is the name of the real estate management plan "NEO Income" provided by RENOSY.

GA technologies Co., Ltd. is a company that aims to solve the inconveniences of analogue using technology, but in an industry with many legal regulations such as real estate transactions, there are some issues that cannot be solved by technology alone. "NEO Income" is the industry's first service that solves such sublease and master lease problems caused by industry structure and legal restrictions.

In order to bring this service to the world, a large number of people, mainly in the back office including legal affairs, but also in sales and real estate management, pooled their wisdom and made various adjustments. When deciding on the name, I was conscious of not only the nuance of being the first in the industry, but also a name that many people would know, so that everyone involved could be proud of it. As a copywriter, it was the first time my proposal was adopted within the company, and it is a very memorable one.

I want to make the members' dreams come true this time

Since joining GA technologies Co., Ltd., I have experienced many challenges and learned skills that will contribute to my business, such as writing, video production, and copywriting. As a player, I have taken responsibility and worked on the task at hand, but from this year I will take on the challenge of management as a new chief. I would like to focus on having an organizational perspective rather than an individual perspective. I was originally interested in a career in management, and my boss advised me that it would be too late to study after becoming a manager, so I started to give input in my own way. However, nothing beats real experience, and I face challenges every day.

Now, GA technologies Co., Ltd. has grown to the scale of a mega venture, but when I joined the company, the number of employees was just over 100. Until then, no new graduates had been assigned to public relations, and because it was an unprecedented career, I was entrusted with many tasks, and now I have been able to realize my dream of "becoming a copywriter". That is why I want to support many members so that they can take on new challenges and achieve their dreams through their work.
