They develop the various products and services that our company offers. Many people enter engineering positions without any prior experience, and we provide training through our own unique program.
*For App Engineer positions, your post-joining assignment may change depending on the start date of GA BootCamp and your graduation status. -

Salary
Annual salary system
From 3,600,000 yen
* Paid in 1/12 installments every month Monthly salary: 300,000 yen and up
*Monthly salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay of 61,500 yen or more (excessive hours will be paid separately)
*After acceptance of employment, the candidate will complete a training program (Bootcamp), and depending on whether or not the candidate graduates from the Bootcamp, the annual salary will be changed as follows:
- If you graduate from the bootcamp: Annual salary of 4,200,000 yen (monthly salary of 350,000 yen)
- If you are unable to graduate from the bootcamp: Annual salary of 3,600,000 yen (monthly salary of 300,000 yen)
*Successful graduation from the Bootcamp will be determined based on whether or not you have completed the curriculum, which will be announced separately. -

Flextime system
Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
Flexible time: 7:00-22:00
Closed on weekends and holidays
*Due to business circumstances, working hours and break times may be changed, or you may be instructed to work beyond the regular working hours.
Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
10:00-19:00 1 hour break -

* Summer vacation is given as three extra days of annual paid leave and can be taken by each employee.
