Business General Positions will be assigned to the following positions and will play a role in growing our businesses and services from the business side.
(Assignment will be decided after joining the company based on suitability during selection and training.)
BtoC sales / BtoB sales / M&A consulting / Marketing / PdM / Corporate planning / Human resources / Business development / Overseas business, etc. -
Selection flow

Salary
Annual salary system
From 3,600,000 yen
* Paid in 1/12 installments every month Monthly salary: 300,000 yen and up
*Monthly salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay of 61,500 yen or more (excessive hours will be paid separately)
* Separate incentives may be available depending on the department. -

Working hours
Flextime system
Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
Flexible time: 7:00-22:00
Closed on weekends and holidays
*Due to business circumstances, working hours and break times may be changed, or you may be instructed to work beyond the regular working hours.
Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
10:00-19:00 1 hour break -

* Summer vacation is given as three extra days of annual paid leave and can be taken by each employee.
