    Business General Positions will be assigned to the following positions and will play a role in growing our businesses and services from the business side.
    (Assignment will be decided after joining the company based on suitability during selection and training.)
    BtoC sales / BtoB sales / M&A consulting / Marketing / PdM / Corporate planning / Human resources / Business development / Overseas business, etc.

  • Selection flow

    Apply → Attend information session → Document screening → 1st interview → 2nd interview → 3rd interview → Final interview → Job offer
    * The selection process may be subject to change.

  • Salary

    Annual salary system
    From 3,600,000 yen
    * Paid in 1/12 installments every month Monthly salary: 300,000 yen and up
    *Monthly salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay of 61,500 yen or more (excessive hours will be paid separately)
    * Separate incentives may be available depending on the department.

    *Some positions may require working at our branch offices (Sendai/Nagoya/Osaka/Fukuoka)

    Flextime system
    Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
    Flexible time: 7:00-22:00
    Closed on weekends and holidays
    *Due to business circumstances, working hours and break times may be changed, or you may be instructed to work beyond the regular working hours.
    Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
    10:00-19:00 1 hour break

    Number of holidays per year: 125 days
    Salary increase once a year (November)

  • Holidays and days off

    Annual paid leave, New Year's holiday (December 29th to January 3rd), special leave (congratulatory/condolence leave, ladies' leave, special kids' leave, baby care leave, maternity leave), etc.
    * Summer vacation is given as three extra days of annual paid leave and can be taken by each employee.
