    UI/UX Designer

    Utilizing your UX/UI design skills, you will be responsible for all design work, including UX design, UI design, and branding for services in various businesses.
    Our organizational members come from contracting companies, business companies, agencies, etc., so as new graduates, we provide an environment where you can acquire the basics while also developing a variety of skills.

  • Selection flow

    Application → Casual interview → Portfolio selection → Assignment and 1st interview → 2nd interview → Final interview → Offer

  • Salary

    Annual salary system
    From 3,600,000 yen
    * Paid in 1/12 installments every month Monthly salary: 300,000 yen and up
    *Monthly salary includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay of 61,500 yen or more (excessive hours will be paid separately)

    Sumitomo Real Estate Roppongi Grand Tower 40F, 3-2-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo

  • Working hours

    Flextime system
    Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
    Flexible time: 7:00-22:00
    Closed on weekends and holidays
    *Due to business circumstances, working hours and break times may be changed, or you may be instructed to work beyond the regular working hours.
    Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
    10:00-19:00 1 hour break

    * Summer vacation is given as three extra days of annual paid leave and can be taken by each employee.
