General Business Operator Action Plan

In order to foster a work environment in which employees can form their careers and play an active role for a long time, we will create an employment environment that allows employees to balance work and child-rearing, and to harmonize work life and family life, and fully utilize their abilities. Develop the following action plan so that it can be demonstrated.

1. Period of plan

For two years from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025

2. The Company’s challenges

There is little active use of established work styles / vacation systems and other work-life balance support systems that take into consideration the child-rearing environment and living environment of employees.

3. Targets

  1. Limit the number of employees who leave the company due to the need to balance work and childcare or professional and family life to five or less.

  2. Encourage male employees to take childcare leave, and increase the number of people taking leave by 10 or more compared to the previous year.

  3. Thoroughly inform the company about available work-life balance support systems by announcing them at least once a month

Started regular awareness-raising activities regarding work-life balance support system
Start of measures for male employees to take childcare leave

August 3rd year of Reiwa

Public solicitation of opinions from employees regarding the system.

Reiwa 3rd December ~

Understand the current status of the system, clarify issues, and review the system.

Reiwa 4th December ~

Grasp the current status of the system, review issues, set new goals, and start studying action items.
