RENOSY 's AI appraisal is a function provided on My Page for real estate owners (*1). By registering property information such as condominium names and floor plans, customers can check sales/rent assessment amounts and monthly assessment price trends.

In this update, we have added a "Rent increase/decrease factor setting function" that allows you to check the rent market price according to the equipment and specifications of the property, and past appraisal prices with graphs that display monthly changes in sales and rent appraisal values. I also made it possible to check the progress.

◆ Background to the addition of “Rent increase/decrease factor setting function”

The rent assessment amount provided by AI assessment is calculated based on information collected and analyzed by our unique method in addition to the property information registered by the customer.
However, the actual rent will vary depending on the owner's intentions such as "initial cost (key money) at the time of renting out", "whether there is a parking lot", "pets allowed", etc., and the facilities and specifications of the property.

The conditions (increase/decrease factors) that affect the increase/decrease in rent and their amounts are important considerations for owners when considering leasing their property. Therefore, in this update, we have added a function to set factors for increasing or decreasing rent.

The increase/decrease amount is also added to the rent assessment amount (for the last 6 months) on the graph, and the graph changes according to the amount.
