RENOSY, a comprehensive real estate tech service that provides one-stop services related to housing, has achieved No. 1 nationwide in terms of the number of units sold and sales in second-hand condominium investment. We have already managed 25 crowdfunding projects, and the cumulative application amount has exceeded 3 billion yen.
In addition, RENOSY X Co., Ltd., a member of the Group, has been focusing on DX in the real estate finance area in the BtoB area, such as providing a mortgage application platform service for financial institutions. In addition, the entire group is strengthening its global expansion centered on Southeast Asia, such as the operation of the largest Japanese real estate platform in Greater China, “Shenjumiaosuan” and the acquisition of a rental brokerage business for Japanese people in Thailand.
Mr. Furusawa has served as Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for six and a half years until the end of November 2021, and is well versed not only in Japan's domestic financial issues but also in the global economic situation. In addition, we have extensive knowledge and networks in areas other than economics, such as disparity issues and governance.
Based on Mr. Furusawa's experience and network-based management advice, we will further promote the global expansion of our financial business.
Profile of Mr. Mitsuhiro Furusawa
1979 Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law. After joining the Ministry of Finance (now the Ministry of Finance) in the same year, he graduated from the French National Institute of Public Administration (ENA) in 1983.
