The number of Sales and brokerage transactions of second-hand real estate in our second-hand real estate platform “Renosy” business is steadily increasing, and in the fiscal year ended October 2018, the number of transactions almost doubled compared to the previous fiscal year. In addition, the number of contracts for pre-owned condominiums in the Tokyo metropolitan area has increased by about 30% over the past 10 years. Furthermore, we intend to strengthen the construction of user data by introducing "Nomad Cloud Trading" this time. So far, we have built property-related data such as "Tech Supplier", a real estate property Purchasing support system, and built user data starting from "attracting customers" through the portal site "Renosy".
