(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative:Shinpei Noguchi, hereinafter referred to as "ITANDI")  has on March 26 a business alliance with Fine net Technology Co., Ltd. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Haruyasu Yamazaki, hereinafter referred to as "Finenet Technology"), which operates development of rental management, etc., and we have launched a tie-up with ITANDI's online rental application system for rental housing "Moshikomiuketsuke-kun" and the rental management system "Ts Java ” provided by Finenet Technology
