Kosuke Fukunaka, the winner of the Data Science Award 2017, sponsored by the Data Scientist Association of Japan, has been added to the AI Strategy Center of the Company's AI division on April 1st.

■ Background of participation
The purpose of this project is to reinforce the organizational structure of our R & D organization "AI Strategy Center" in order to further promote the use of technologies such as AI and big data in real estate and finance. The Company will focus on the used real estate market and promote the development of highly creative businesses utilizing various information obtained through the used real estate distribution platform "RENOSY(Renossy)".

<AI Strategy Center Senior Data Scientist> Kosuke Fukunaka
                                     After studying statistics, data analysis, and test theory at Waseda University, became interested in practical applications and became a data scientist. While at the Research Institute of Industrial Efficiency University, engaged in support for data scientist development within the company, data analysis support, and data analysis project consulting. In the data science award sponsored by the Japan Data Scientist Association, in 2017, received the highest award in the project "Data Science and Work Style Reform" with Tokyo Metro. So far, we have obtained two patents related to a system for improving business efficiency by utilizing data.
