Our subsidiary company, ITANDI, Inc. (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinpei Noguchi; hereinafter “ITANDI”), will provide a web reception system for moving in applications, “Application Moshikomiuketsuke-kun”, for rental properties managed nationwide by Leopalace21 Corporation (head office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President: Fumiya Miyao; hereinafter “Leopalace21”), from June 24th. This is the first initiative in the industry to enable prospective tenants to directly apply for occupancy using this system from a rental property listing site operated by a real estate management company.

ITANDI's "Moshikomiuketsuke-kun" is a web application reception system that can greatly reduce the time and effort required for prospective tenants to move into their desired property by digitizing the complicated procedures involved in applying for a rental property. In introducing the system to Leopalace21, we linked Moshikomiuketsuke-kun with the rental property listing site operated by Leopalace21 and enable prospective tenants to apply directly from the property listing site.
