At the Board Director meeting held on August 21, 2019, we resolved to acquire the shares of Yes Renovation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ryosuke Mizouchi; hereinafter “Yes Renovation”). As a result, the company is expected to become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition of shares is scheduled to be completed on September 11th.
