Since the declaration of an emergency, we have been operating under the telework system in principle, but from November we have adopted a hybrid work style that combines telework and attendance. In addition, due to the increase in the number of employees and changes in working styles, we will increase the floor space of the head office from today. Our design department is in charge of designing the expanded office, and while maintaining an appropriate sense of distance, we will create a flexible space using subscription furniture (hereinafter, "subscription furniture") and bring the event online. The back office department and the design department will jointly operate the workspace as an experimental site by incorporating ingenuity to respond to changes in working styles such as the establishment of a new studio space.
