At Director meeting held on June 13, 2024, GA technologies Co., Ltd., a GA group company, resolved to establish a new base in Malaysia. Details are as follows:

Through this transaction, we will establish a base in Southeast Asia and further accelerate the global expansion of our online real estate business.

◆ Background and future
Since our founding in 2013, we have upheld the management philosophy of "Create a world-leading company" and have been working to improve customer experience by utilizing technologies such as AI and RPA to streamline operations and go online. As a result, we have been recognized for promoting DX in analog industries, such as being the only company in the growth market to be selected as a digital transformation stock for three consecutive years (※1). Our online Real estate investment service brand, RENOSY, uses technology to provide online services for considering, purchasing, managing, and selling Real estate investment, and has been ranked No. 1 in sales of used condominium investments nationwide for five consecutive years since 2020 (※2).

We are focusing on business expansion not only in Japan but also overseas, and in 2020 we acquired the "Shenjumiaosuan" business, which has a top-class share as a Japanese real estate platform for Real estate investment in the Chinese region. In 2022, we also integrated Dear Life Corporation Ltd., which has the top share in the real estate rental brokerage business for foreign expatriates in the Kingdom of Thailand (※3), and have focused on expanding our overseas business in Asia.

Malaysia, where we will be establishing our base, is known for its strategic geographic location, stable economic environment, and excellent access to the Southeast Asian market, as well as its attractive location with good public safety and low cost of living. It has been ranked number one for 15 consecutive years (*4) in the ranking of countries where Japanese people want to stay for long periods of time, and is also known to have the third highest number of Japanese residents in Southeast Asia after Thailand and Singapore, with a particularly large number of Japanese expatriates from Japanese companies. Furthermore, RENOSY decided to establish a new base in Malaysia because we will be able to utilize the know-how we have cultivated through "dearlife by RENOSY," a rental agency service for Japanese people that we offer in Thailand.

Once the establishment of the new base is completed, our network will expand to 54 bases in seven countries and regions, and we will further promote the global expansion of online real estate.
