RENOSY (Chinese: Li No Xi), an online Real estate investment service operated by our company, will enter Taiwan in October 2024 and begin providing services to Real estate investment living in Taiwan.

RENOSY is an online Real estate investment service that utilizes technology. By providing a one-stop service for purchasing, managing, and selling, we realize asset formation with safe, easy, and optimal real estate, and maximize the investment effect. We have received support from many customers so far, and in a survey conducted by Tokyo Shoko Research in April 2024, we have been ranked No. 1 in sales performance in condominium investments nationwide for two consecutive years since 2023 (※1).

RENOSY has been providing services primarily to customers living in Japan, including working to make its asset management app for owners, "OWNR by RENOSY," available in Chinese (※2). However, the RENOSY is now expanding into Taiwan in order to realize the "accelerated globalization" basic strategy of its "Medium-Term Management Plan 2024" (※3).

Taiwan is expected to record an annual number of foreign visitors to Japan of approximately 4.2 million in 2023, surpassing China (approximately 2.43 million) and Hong Kong (approximately 2.11 million), indicating a high level of interest in Japan. (*4) Furthermore, it has been found that Real estate investment in the Chinese region are currently very enthusiastic about investing in Japanese real estate. (*5) In light of these circumstances, we have decided to establish a new base and provide RENOSY services to customers living in Taiwan.

RENOSY aims to expand its services to include cross-border transactions in order to realize safe, easy and optimal asset formation through real estate, and will continue to expand its business beyond the boundaries of countries and regions.
