GA technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "GA technologies Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Executive Officer and CEO: Higuchi Ryu; Stock Code: 3491; hereinafter "the Company") that uses technology to facilitate real estate transactions, will introduce Itandi's real estate-related electronic contract system "Electronic Contract-kun" and rental housing occupancy management system "Tenant Management-kun" to Sogo ITANDI, Inc. (hereinafter "Sogo Denshikeiyaku-kun"), a Dai-ichi Life Group company that handles real estate sales, leasing, management, and brokerage, from February 2025.

With the enforcement of the revised Real Estate Transaction Business Act on May 18, 2022 (※1), it is now possible to explain important matters in lease and sales contracts without face-to-face meetings and to electronically deliver documents (Articles 34-2, 35, and 37 documents), which has made it possible to fully digitize lease contracts and increased the need for electronicization in rental business.

Sogo Housing introduced Itanji's viewing reservation reception system "Naikenyoyaku-kun" in 2022 and the rental property application reception system "Moshikomiuketsuke-kun" in 2023, and has been working to digitize viewing reservations and application procedures for rental management operations.

Starting in February 2025, Sogo Housing will introduce "Denshikeiyaku-kun," a real estate-related electronic contract system that will link with the above services. All three of the above services are the most used by rental agents (※2). In addition, this spring, Sogo Housing plans to introduce "Tenant Management Kun," a management system for managing the occupancy of rental housing. With this, it will be possible to make reservations for viewings, apply for occupancy, sign rental contracts, and complete occupancy procedures online for the approximately 8,000 rental housing properties managed by Sogo Housing, making real estate transactions smoother.

Itanji will become an infrastructure company that supports the real estate industry and related fields with technology, providing safe and convenient services to all those involved in the real estate industry and tenants.
