Our Executive Officer Masayuki Sato will be speaking at the "DX General EXPO Business Innovation Japan 2024 AUTUMN TOKYO"

We are pleased to announce that Masayuki Sato, our Executive Officer (in charge of business reform promotion), will be speaking at the DX General EXPO Business Innovation Japan 2024 AUTUMN TOKYO, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from October 1st to 3rd.


The event is a comprehensive exhibition aimed at solving various management issues for companies and digital transformation, and will feature a large number of solutions to improve business efficiency, reform work styles, and strengthen management foundations. In his presentation, entitled "The Secret of Amazon's Strength: Thorough Number Management," Sato will introduce number management methods for management, including how to quantify goals, progress management, and what to do when it becomes difficult to achieve them.

Masayuki Sato

After graduating from an American university, he worked at Sega Enterprises (currently Sega Sammy Holdings) before joining Amazon Japan in 2000. In the supply chain department, we will launch the procurement system for the launch of the site and design the logistics. In 2003, he became the head of the book procurement department. In 2005, he contributed to the development of Japan's largest logistics network as a director in the operations department. After leaving the company in 2016, he is involved in corporate growth support as a management consultant.
